Adult Social Care Glossary, v 0.6

A fully accessible public toilet for people with disabilities who are unable to use the toilet independently and need extra equipment and space. It is different to a standard disabled toilet, as it includes an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist, as well as enough space in the changing area for the disabled person and up to two carers.
