The Reasonable Adjustments Flag is a national record which indicates that reasonable adjustments are required for a person with learning disabilities, dementia, etc. It includes the About Me information and the key adjustments that should be considered. The flag has been piloted in the Summary Care Records (SCR) and a FHIR software interface will soon be available for systems to integrate with the flag, enabling health and care professionals to record, share and view individuals' reasonable adjustments.
