'Event' is used in MODS, where it has three data elements:
Event date
Location
Performing professional
MODS does not yet supply a definition for 'Event', but it appears (a) to be broader than the ASC-CLD definition (Request, Assessment, Service, Review), and (b) to be different from 'Adverse event'.
