Data that has been generated by a data collection tool (for example, surveys, interviews, experiments) specially designed for understanding and solving the problem at hand. In this context, these are individual collections tailored to adult social care, and account for approximately 40% of current national level adult social care collections, such as the data collected via the Capacity Tracker or by CQC.
