Accessibility is the process of making web pages accessible to people with disabilities or anyone else who cannot use a computer in a conventional manner. Organisations that provide NHS or publicly-funded adult social care are legally required to follow the Accessible Information Standard but it makes sense for all to follow best practice guidelines.
