Primary Support Reason which covers a very wide range of support for mental health and mental illnesses. The following types of support provide illustrative examples of the type of care that may be provided;
- Support with living independently in their own home, or having support to improve their home
- Support to go out, (perhaps with a personal assistant)
- Support to keep them motivated
- Someone to confide in, so they could talk over problems
- Support to travel independently
