Electronic device that accepts text or images from a computer and transfers them to a paper or film. It can be connected directly to the computer by a cable or indirectly via a wireless or Bluetooth network. In general, inkjet printers can handle a wide range of tasks (such as documents and colour images) while laser printers excel when printing black desk documents.
